More companies are set up and acquired by KAEFER: the insulation companies WANNER SAS and WANNER Marine SAS in France, the majority stake in Bains Harding in Australia; Termocap is established in Norway and KAEFER OPTICON in the Netherlands.

2002: KAEFER installs some 500 cabins, supplies wall and ceiling systems and fits LOLAMAT® panels on the club ships Aida I and Aida II.
